The International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) is organising its 4th European Symposium in November 2008 in collaboration with ILSI Europe and the World Health Organisation. The idea of the symposium is to bring together speakers from government, academia and industry from across Europe. ILSI Europe’s microbiology task forces (Emerging Microbiological Issues and Risk Analysis in Food Microbiology) are actively presenting a few topics related to their activities. This will help them to advance their perspectives on food safety and interact with scientists from around the world.
